The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of the occupiers of adjoining properties in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The garage hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes incidental to the residential use of the dwelling known as 14 Saunders Close.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
