Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent

Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 344/009, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the demolition hereby approved, a method statement for the demolition and the making good of the building to be retained shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.  

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Whitchurch Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
