Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, elevation and floor plans accompanying the application, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/E1162/DIS

That prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the brick to be used for the construction of the external walls of the extension, and details of the bond type, pointing and mortar mix shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P11/E1162/DIS

That prior to the commencement of the works, details of the following matters shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in writing and shall be implemented as approved: 1. Joinery details of all external and internal doors at scale 1:20 and 1:5 2. Specification of the glazed lanterns 3. Specification of all flues, vents and extracts. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That rainwater goods shall be painted metal. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local plan 2011.
