Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to commencement of the works hereby approved detailed drawings of all new windows and doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 (plan & Section) together with details of finishes, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to commencement of the works hereby approved sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond, coursing and pointing style and mortar specification shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to commencement of the works hereby approved details of the proposed drains, gutters, down pipes and vents shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The rooflights hereby approved shall be of 'conservation' type with a central bar and flush with the roof surface. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
