That the open areas surrounding the building shall be used for parking of vehicles, loading, unloading, manoeuvring and amenity/landscaping purposes only and no storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the building. Reason: To protect the amenity and rural character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, C2, E5, E8 and A3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 07:30hrs and 18:00hrs Monday to Fridays, and 08:00hrs and 13:00hrs on Saturday, with no work on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To protect the amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties in accordance with Policies EP2, E5, E8 and A3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
