The air conditioning units hereby permitted shall be operated at no more than 60% of the maximum power levels between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Sunday and at no more than 30% maximum power levels at any other time.
Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly and to protect the occupants of nearby properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance and in accordance with Policies EP2 and E5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That when the air conditioning units hereby permitted are in operation, all doors and windows shall be kept closed, except for the purpose of access.
Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly and to protect the occupants of nearby properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance and in accordance with Policies EP2 and E5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
