Irrespective of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any subsequent revision), no additional openings shall be inserted in the south east elevation of the building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

No development or other operations shall commence on site until details of a tree and landscape protection scheme have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
