Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, the unnumbered block plan and the design and access statement, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All new works and works of making good to the retained fabric of the wall shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the wall hereby permitted shall be constructed in the bricks and flints salvaged when the wall was dismantled or in materials which shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That NHL3 shall be used for all new repointing and bonding in the rebuilt section of wall, in accordance with the design and access statement accompanying the application. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
