The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, the amended details accompanying the agent's E mail dated 24/5/10 specifying timber hand painted signs, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building.
