Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the remaining extensions yet to be built shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or other openings shall be constructed in the north or south elevations of the extensions hereby approved, other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Polices G2, G6, D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
