Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P15/S1640/DIS

That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That further details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Details of all proposed flues, vents and extracts b. Details at 1:5 of the new stone cill profiles and confirmation of the stone to be used. c. Joinery details at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 for EXDO/07 and for all new internal doors. d. Details of each replacement fire-surround to replace those indicated in photographs 1-4 to be submitted and approved prior to installation. e. Details of the junctions between the the library, the porch and the proposed glazed link, including details of the support pads and flashing to be fitted to the brick and flint wall. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all works of restoration to the existing fabric of the building shall be carried out in accordance with the details set out in the Schedule of Works received as part of this application. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
