Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details at a scale of 1:20 for the new canopy b. Details for the junction between the brick wall and the new canopy. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The tiles of the porch hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building as shown on the plans hereby permitted. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
