The proposed porch hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved those being timber and clay tiles to match the existing.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
