That on 20 May 2015 or upon the mobile home ceasing to be occupied by an employee of Forest Glade Kennels, which ever is the earlier, the use of land as a site for a mobile home shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The permanent stationing of a mobile home on the site would be contrary to the planning policy of the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policies C2 and H15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That on 20 May 2015, or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by an employee of Forest Glade Kennels, whichever is the earlier, the mobile home shall be removed from the site, unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: That the permanent stationing of a mobile home on the site would be contrary to the planning policies of the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policies C2 and H15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the occupation of the mobile home shall be limited to a person wholly employed or last employed by Forest Glade Kennels Ltd or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her. or a widow or widower of such a person. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policy H15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
