The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That detailed drawings at scale 1:1 and 1:10 of the proposed glazed doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
