Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The exterior of the mechanical plant compound hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The refrigeration equipment "2.No Daikin R-407C CPV Conveni-packs" shall be installed in line with the scheme of works provided on 21/05/2010 reference number 11939 by Belair Research Limited, to provide acoustic screening with sufficient attenuation of the above refrigeration units so that the noise from these shall not exceed 25dB(A) as measured at the boundary with the nearest residential property. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of residents of nearby properties in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
