That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That detailed drawings at a scale of 1:20 in respect of all new doors and windows, including internal doors, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun, making clear their proposed finish and that they are to be of traditional timber construction. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a.
