The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.

That detailed drawings at a scale of 1:20 in respect of all new doors and windows, including internal doors, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun, making clear their proposed finish and that they are to be of traditional timber construction.
