Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

All rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron painted black. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of the works a sample panel of the stone and the lime render to be used for the construction of the external wall shall be constructed on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors at scale 1:20 and 1:1 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
