Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0040/10 as shown on plan numbers 3945, Site Plan A, Site Plan B, 3946, 3947 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31.05.2015 the buildings be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (CC6:RSS2026; G2, G6: SODCLP2011).

That the external walls, doors and railings of the relocatable buildings be repainted (to match that of the existing walls, doors and railings) to the satisfaction of the Head of Sustainable Development within 6 months of the date of the planning permission hereby permitted. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity (CC6:RSS2026; G6:SODCLP2011).
