Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the mesh fencing hereby permitted shall be removed from the land by 1 May 2011, and that at all times the adjacent footway to the site shall be maintained as a thoroughfare and be maintained in a condition which is safe for passage by all users. Reason: As permission is given in special circumstances, and to ensure that the character of the Conservation area is maintained and in the interest of highway safety in accordance with Policies G6, CON7 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no awnings or other materials shall be affixed to the fence during its use in this location. Reason: To ensure that vision splays for Town Farm Close are maintained in the interest of highway safety and in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
