That details of all new flues, vents and extracts in relation to the W.C hereby approved to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a specification for the proposed light fittings to be installed on the front elevation, alongside details of the spread of light and positions of any cable runs and associated fixings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 3 and CON 5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
