The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

Thereafter, the studs shall be implemented in full accordance with the approved details and to the satisfication of the Highway Authority, prior to the first use of the seating area.
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and in accordance with Policies D2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
