Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That all works shall be undertaken in accordance with the details and schedule of works approved.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the pier constructed to support the beam in the cellar shall be of brick to match existing and using lime mortar.
