The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/E1093/DIS

Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings of the joinery for the windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun.
