The external materials to be used for the cheeks face and roof of the dormer window(s) hereby permitted shall match the materials used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
