The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The premises shall be used for mixed A1/A3 as a costa Coffee Shop and for no other purposes including any other purpose in Class A3 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order).
Reason: To ensure that the primary shopping frontage is not undermined any further and to be in accordance with Policies G2, CON4 and TC8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The use of the premises hereby permitted shall be restricted to the hours of 8-6pm Monday to Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties and in accordance with Policies G2, EP2 and TC8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
