Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The ground floor of the garage shall be used by Mrs Heidi Snookes-Owen for the purposes described by the applicant in the submitted documentation and for no other purposes including any other purpose in Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order).
Reason: In the interests of limiting vehicle movements and protecting the amenities of adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policies G2, G3, G6, D1, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
When the podiatry treatment room hereby permitted ceases to be occupied by Mrs Heidi Snookes-Owen the ground floor of the garage shall revert to purposes incidental to the residential occupation of 88 Wood Lane.
Reason: To ensure the garage building is used in connection with 88 Wood Lane and in the interests of limiting vehicle movements and protecting the amenities of adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policies G2, G3, G6, D1, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The parking and turning areas shown on the plans accompanying the application shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 and Appendix 5 (Car Parking Standards) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
