Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and incidental to the occupation and use of the existing property 7 Lashlake Road, Thame, as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: Permission is granted on the basis that the use will be incidental to the main house as an unrelated use would have an unsatisfactory relationship with the existing dwelling, contrary to Policies G2, D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and in the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policies D2, T1 and T2 and Appendix 5 (car parking standards) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That two parking spaces shall be maintained within the site and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, D2, H13, T1 and T2 and Appendix 5 (car parking standards) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
