Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The approved scheme shall be carried out in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans (drawing nos A3 3369 SUR 1.03A) within 6 months of the date of this decision.
