Planning Permission on 30th March 2010
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

At such time as the photovoltaic cells hereby permitted are no longer required for energy generation purposes, the development shall be removed from the site and the land restored to its previous condition. Reason: To avoid the unnecessary retention of the structure in the interests of the setting of the grade II listed building and the character and appearance of the Berrick Salome Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
