The premises shall be used only as a car repair workshop and shall at no time be used for any other purpose within Class B2 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes (Amendment) Order 2005.
Reason: Unrestricted uses could result in an increase in traffic generation that would be detrimental to highway safety and would not comply with Policies G3, E5, E8 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No more than 2 vehicles shall be parked/stored outside unit 12 in connection with the use of the building for car repairs
Reason: To protect the rural character and appearance of the open countryside and surrounding area in line with Policies C2, E3 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
