The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the brickwork to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type, texture and bond as those used on the existing brickwork to the rear of the property.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1, C2, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That natural slate is to be used on the new sections of roof to match the slate as existing on the main roof.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1, C2, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The new windows and doors shall be of side opening, painted timber construction.
