Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P10/W1042/DIS

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Junction of the leaded flat roof with the rear wall of the original building at 1:20 Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Forest Hill Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
