Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/W0015/DIS

That a sample panel of the lime render shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panel shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Lime wash colour b. The methodology of fixing the lights to the brickwork and stone to avoid harming the brick/stone. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
