Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Detailed drawings and specifications in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details for the proposed staircases & window details at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 b. Any external vents, flues or extract ducts c. Details and specifications of any proposed insulation Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The new internal partitions shall be constructed in timber studwork only unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Listed Building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
