The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the windows and doors shall be built as shown in the submitted plans ref NEB/BRIDGLAND/05-2 Rev A and NEB/BRIDGLAND/05-3 Rev A.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policy Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of works samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the building hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
