That the windows and doors shall be built as shown in the submitted plans ref NEB/BRIDGLAND/05-2 Rev A and NEB/BRIDGLAND/05-03 Rev A. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policy Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the building hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
