The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
