Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P10/W1668/DIS

The new brickwork of the works hereby approved shall be of Flemish garden wall bond using a lime mortar. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the rooflights in the extension hereby approved shall be of a flush fitting 'conservation'style. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The new joinery in the works hereby permitted shall be constructed in accordamce with the details submitted in drawing 898-6A. Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
