Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/W0548/DIS

The removal of the concrete plinth and sections of mortar joint hereby permitted shall be carried out using traditional hand-held tools. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the commencement of development: a. A specification of the lime mortar to be used in the repairs b. A sample of the colour and texture of the brick to be used in the repairs Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
