Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P09/W1163/DIS

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 for the new windows and doors. b. The junctions between the historic side wall and the new structure including flashing and rainwater goods. c. Details of the brick bond, lime mortar mix and pointing of the plinth. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the brick plinth shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
