Planning Permission on 9th September 2009
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as The Dovecote. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and in accordance with Policy H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2008 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no window(s), door(s) or other openings shall be inserted at any time in the north elevation of the annex hereby approved. Reason: As the insertion of a window in the wall would compromise its character as a "garden wall" and detract from the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
