Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of works elevation and section drawings of the windows and doors at a scale of 1:10 and 1:5 and finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest of the building in accordance with Policies CON7 and CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Sample panels of facing stonework showing the proposed stone to be used, size, coursing and pointing style shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works details of all flues, vents, extract ducts and rainwater goods shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
