Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31/08/2014 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. (Policies: CC6 (RSS2026))
