Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
