The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The new eye brow dormer window in the rear elevation shall be painted timber, single glazed to match the eye brow dormer window on the front elevation.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
