The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Windows and doors at 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) b. All vents, flues, extracts and gutters with plans and elevations to show their location Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Walls b. Roof Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That prior to the demolition of the exisitng shed a photographic record of its interior and exterior shall be made and submitted to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of historic importance and in accordance with Policy CON14 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works details of the colour finish of the timber walls shalll be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
