Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the details on the block plan accompanying the application which specifies a fence, a brick boundary wall shall be provided along the boundary between the dwellings and the barn to the south. Details of the wall (height, bonding, mortar mix and coping details) and samples of the brick shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of development. The wall shall be constructed as approved prior to the first occupation of the dwellings. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
