Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the roof repairs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the roof lights used shall be flush fitting conservation style units. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
