Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings of vent(s) and/or flue(s) for the proposed downstairs shower-room, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
